Responsibilities
- Conduct vulnerability research on QNX, AGL, Android Automotive, or related automotive operating systems.
- Perform automotive threat intelligence analysis.
- Perform threat hunting, vulnerability assessment, and penetration testing on the automotive sector.
- Publish CVEs and contribute to the automotive cybersecurity community.
- Speak at security and automotive conferences.
- Publish blogs or write papers on automotive cybersecurity topics.
- Research on RF vulnerabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Certification is not required, but having OSCP, CRTP, OSWE, SANS certs, and other certifications with lab exams is a bonus.
- Linux and any programming language proficiency.
- Must have experience in reporting a vulnerability (bug-hunting experience or responsible disclosure) to bug bounty programs.
- Has experience in playing CTF competitions.
- Penetration Testing experience is a plus.
- Having a CVE is not required but a plus.
- IoT hardware hacking experience is a plus but not required.
- ECU vulnerability research experience is a significant plus but not required.
- IVI/TCU vulnerability research experience is a significant plus but not required.
- CAN bus vulnerability research experience is a significant plus but not required.
