Vice President – Specialty Micro Ingredients
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and strategic leader to head our Specialty Micro Ingredients business. The Vice President will be responsible for driving business growth, increasing sales and profitability, strengthening relationships with global principals, expanding the customer base, and leading high-performing commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales and profit targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and product growth initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with global principals, suppliers, and key customers.
- Lead sales, business development, and key account management activities.
- Oversee the Specialty Micro Ingredients product portfolio and commercialization of new products.
- Manage the business unit's P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
- Lead and develop Sales, Business Development, Product Management, and Technical teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Represent the company in principal meetings, customer engagements, and industry events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Nutrition, or a related field. MBA is an advantage.
- At least 15 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or commercial leadership within the specialty ingredients, food ingredients, specialty chemicals, or related industry.
- Minimum 8–10 years in a senior leadership role with P&L responsibility.
- Strong experience managing global principals, distributors, and strategic partnerships.
- Proven track record in driving business growth, sales, and profitability.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, financial, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willing to travel locally and internationally.
