Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead portfolio analytics and monitor SME credit risk and delinquency trends.
Design and optimize credit strategies across the SME customer lifecycle.
Identify portfolio trends and provide insights to senior leadership.
Drive risk strategy implementation with Business, Product, and Engineering teams.
Guide credit models, scorecards, and risk cut-offs with Data Science teams.
Leverage alternative data such as GST, banking, POS, and cash-flow data for underwriting.
Align credit policies with SME lending products, risk, and business profitability.

Requirements:

Experience in Risk Analytics, SME Risk Management, or Credit Policy.
Strong experience in SME/MSME lending, credit risk, and cash-flow underwriting.
Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in Python or R.
Strong knowledge of statistics, machine learning, and predictive modelling.
Experience with large-scale financial and alternative data.
Strong understanding of Fintech lending, B2B credit, banking, NBFC, or Supply Chain Finance.
Proven leadership experience with measurable business/P&L impact.
