Job Description
Great Eastern is launching Skybranch, a new branded customer engagement and distribution channel within the Group Agency & Financial Advisors (GAFA) division. Skybranch operates two complementary functions: a Contact team responsible for outbound customer engagement and relationship nurturing, and a Sales team responsible for end-to-end product sales for customers who prefer to purchase directly without being assigned a personal financial representative.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the channel strategy in alignment with GAFA objectives. Translate the operating model into operational reality, setting the direction and performance standards for both the Contact and Sales teams. Ensure the channel prioritises relationship quality and customer trust alongside commercial outcomes.
- Governance & Compliance: Own the compliance posture of the channel. Ensure all activities comply with MAS regulations, GE internal policies, PDPC requirements, and AML obligations. Resolve outstanding compliance questions with the relevant internal teams before go-live and maintain ongoing regulatory alignment in steady state.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary interface between Skybranch and a broad set of cross-functional stakeholders including senior leadership, Customer Activation, Data, IT, and Compliance. Manage dependencies, align priorities, and escalate blockers effectively.
- Performance Oversight: Own the channel performance framework. Set targets, commission reporting, and drive the team towards the prospect-to-commitment conversion goal. Oversee the transition from manual to automated reporting as technology matures.
- Technology & Data: Sponsor technology readiness across CRM, AI, and customer insight platforms. Make informed go/no-go decisions on interim manual processes where technology is not yet ready, and sign off on platform migrations as they occur.
- Team Building & Development: Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain both Skybranch teams. Confirm staffing, reporting structures, and all regulatory licensing requirements before launch.
- AI-Assisted Outreach Transition: Oversee the phased transition from fully human-led outreach to AI-assisted customer engagement, working with technology partners to define readiness benchmarks and quality standards for the transition.
- Have minimum 8 years of experience in insurance distribution, financial services operations, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrate experience building and scaling customer engagement or distribution programmes.
- Have strong working knowledge of MAS regulatory requirements for insurance sales and financial advice.
- Have proven stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Experienced working with CRM platforms and data-driven customer engagement strategies.
- RNF licensed (preferred; not mandatory but advantageous).
