Role Objective

The objective of this role is to hire a Talent Acquisition VP with a strong proven track record in successfully managing BPO Operations. This role ensures that hiring strategies are driven by real operational requirements—productivity, conversion (candidate to employees), client expectations, and scalability.

The Vice President of Operations for Talent Acquisition will translate business demand, delivery models, and client commitments into hiring strategies and execute those. By bringing an operations-first perspective, the role ensures the organization hires the right talent, at the right time, with the right capabilities to meet both current and future operational needs.

Role Summary

The Vice President of Operations for Talent Acquisition is responsible for designing and executing enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategies that support large-scale BPO operations. The role focuses on building efficient, data driven recruitment processes that improve speed, quality of hire, and workforce readiness across both Work-in-Office (WIO) and Work-At-Home (WAH) environments.

This leader will partner closely with Operations, Workforce Management, HR, and client stakeholders to ensure hiring plans are fully aligned with delivery requirements. The role also includes developing Talent Acquisition leaders and teams to operate with a strong understanding of operational realities.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Senior leadership experience in BPO Operations (e.g., Site Head, Vice President, Senior Program Director, or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated ability to define role-specific hiring profiles based on delivery metrics such as productivity, quality, and SLA performance
  • Proven experience driving volume ramp-ups and workforce readiness tied to client demand and operational forecasts
  • Strong understanding of contact center or BPO delivery models, including voice and non-voice programs
  • Experience influencing or leading hiring strategies across WIO and WAH delivery environments
