About the Role
We are seeking a visionary and execution-driven Vice President of Information Technology to lead enterprise technology strategy, large-scale Agile transformation, and digital modernization across the organization. This role will own the IT portfolio, drive SAFe Agile enterprise adoption, and ensure technology enables business growth, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance. A key member of the executive leadership team and will be accountable for delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance technology platforms.
- Define and execute the enterprise IT and digital transformation roadmap aligned to corporate strategy.
- Lead the organization's Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) adoption and maturity. Champion Agile mindset, culture, and continuous improvement across technology and business units.
- Drive operational excellence through automation, monitoring, and service reliability improvements.
- Establish robust cybersecurity posture, risk management, and data privacy programs.
- Build and lead high-performing technology leadership teams.
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, with 5+ years in senior/executive roles.
- Proven leadership in enterprise SAFe Agile transformations, Lean Portfolio Management, and IT Service Management (ITIL).
- Experience leading large, multi-site technology organizations.
- Candidates without SAFe certification but are an experienced expert with the Agile methodologies/concepts/languages, such as Project Managers, Scrum Masters
