  • Ensure real-time inventory visibility across central and 3PP (MSPs) hubs using ERP and asset tracking systems.
  • Forecast demand based on network rollout plans, enterprise client projects, and seasonal trends.
  • Minimize excess and obsolete inventory while maintaining readiness for deployment and service restoration.

Warehouse & Logistics

  • Oversee centralized and regional warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, and dispatch of telecom materials.
  • Manage logistics for last-mile delivery to field engineers, enterprise clients, and installation teams.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and implement automation to improve throughput and reduce handling time.
  • Lead vendor and 3PL relationships to ensure SLA compliance, cost control, and service reliability.

Incoming Quality Control (IQC)

  • Establish and enforce IQC protocols for fiber components, active network devices, and enterprise-grade equipment.
  • Collaborate with engineering and procurement teams to ensure supplier compliance with technical and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain inspection records and traceability for all incoming materials,
  • especially mission-critical components.
  • Drive continuous improvement in supplier quality and reduce defect rates.

Strategic & Leadership Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams across supply chain, engineering, and field operations to align material readiness with business goals.
  • Champion digital transformation initiatives including IoT-based asset tracking, predictive analytics, and AI-driven demand planning.
  • Develop and manage departmental budgets, cost-reduction programs, and capital investments.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and telecom regulatory requirements (e.g., NTC, ISO, TL9000).
