Job Description
Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a development corporation that is focused on real estate, hospitality, and tourism facilities. Our respected client is seeking for a Vice President who will oversee the planning, development, and operations of the Group's property portfolio, including hotel, office, and industrial/logistics facilities, with the objective of preserving and enhancing asset value. The role is responsible for ensuring that the Company's vision, financial objectives, and quality standards are consistently achieved across all assets. This role has a hybrid work requirement in Pasig City and will be reporting to the company president and CEO.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Review and manage operational budgets, cost estimates, and financial reports.
- Track, review and make recommendations for capital expenditures.
- Ensure financial accountability and cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
- Ensure financial interests are protected, and risks are mitigated.
- Ensure that the assets continue to meet the owner's vision and requirements.
- Ensure adherence to standards, building codes, and regulations.
- Conduct inspections and quality assurance reviews.
- Manage risk and ensure safety compliance.
- Act as the main liaison between the owner and various stakeholders (including but not limited to hotel brand/operator, project team, property management team, leasing team, tenants, industry organizations, and government agencies).
- Ensure alignment of goals and expectations.
- Facilitate communication and resolve conflicts.
- Represent the owner in meetings and negotiations.
- Review and negotiate contracts with vendors, contractors, and consultants.
- Ensure contractual obligations are met.
- Manage claims and disputes if they arise.
- Support and provide guidance and oversight to operations to maximize asset value..
- Ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage and support operations teams (including but not limited to Hotel Brand/Operator, Leasing, Property Management).
- Oversee and manage property development or renovation projects from concept to completion.
- Assess financial feasibility and risks of proposed projects.
- Coordinate and ensure alignment with project team.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management, Finance, Hospitality Management, or related field. Must be a CPA
- At least 10 years of experience in hotel finance and/or asset management
- Must have understanding of hotel operations, guest experience standards, and brand requirements
- Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), revenue management tools, and service workflows
- With expertise in hotel financial management and KPIs
- Familiarity with lease structures, tenant relations, and ROI-focused asset management strategies
