As a Vice President, Category Manager - HR Benefits - APAC & EMEA (Vice President) in Global Supplier Services, you lead strategic sourcing and supplier management for employee benefits and related HR services across APAC and EMEA. Reporting to the Executive Director, you partner closely with global category leadership and HR benefits stakeholders to execute category strategy, run competitive sourcing events, and negotiate commercial terms. You build strong governance and influence across a matrixed environment to deliver measurable value across cost, service, resiliency, and innovation. You also strengthen supplier performance management and third-party risk oversight while aligning to applicable regulatory and control requirements across diverse markets.
You'll work within a global sourcing and supplier services organization that partners with functional stakeholders to deliver well-governed, market-informed sourcing decisions. The team operates through a mix of regional ownership and global alignment, enabling cross-region leverage while respecting local requirements and market conditions.
