Role Description

The Vertical Head (Industrials and Technology) is a full-time, on-site role based in Parañaque, responsible for the commercial/selling activities related to the vertical industry or segment assigned under supervision. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Vertical Head needs to ensure the accomplishment of the sales targets and drive the vertical or segment sales expertise to optimize team results.

Qualifications

• Vertical/Segment expertise in Contract Logistics & National Distribution
• Commercial acumen, product understanding, market intelligence, competitive analysis, & cross-selling
• Extensive experience in contract logistics and national distribution, and supply chain management
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including managing cross-functional teams, driving performance, and mentoring team members.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills, with a track record of building long-term client relationships.
