The Qualifications We Seek
Required
- College-level education or higher
- At least 2 years of BPO experience supporting an Australian voice or blended campaign
- At least 1 year of outbound calling experience with the most recent employer
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Positive and professional phone demeanor
- Tech-savvy with the ability and willingness to learn new technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent judgment and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team
- Resilient, tenacious, and results-driven
- Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and strong initiative
- Level-headed with a positive and professional work attitude
Your Daily Tasks
- Conduct customer verification through voice and non-voice channels
- Respond to inbound and outbound verification inquiries from customers and suppliers
- Assist the Customer Success Management (CSM) team with customer vetting, qualification, account setup, escalations, and service recovery
- Complete frontline work activities within agreed timeframes
- Recommend cost-effective process improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve optimal customer and business outcomes
- Participate in training and professional development programs
- Maintain attendance and punctuality in accordance with team and customer expectations
- Follow safety protocols and promptly report workplace issues
- Use workplace tools effectively to perform assigned duties and help prevent customer fraud
- Provide customer and supplier support through phone and email
- Contribute to company budget targets
- Identify and generate new business leads
- Stay up to date with company updates, processes, policies, and procedures
- Recommend improvements to verification team practices
- Support departmental activities and projects
- Comply with company standards for service, professionalism, ethics, and conduct
- Perform other duties assigned by the business or leadership team
