Job Description

Third Party Risk Coordinator(FTC)

TP is seeking an experienced Third-Party Risk Coordinator who will support the day-to-day execution of the company's vendor risk management program, serving as the primary point of contact for low-risk vendors and ensuring due diligence and ongoing oversight are completed in a timely, consistent, and audit-ready manner. This role coordinates the risk review checks, risk rating decisions, manages vendor communications, maintains accurate records in the TPRM platform, and prepares reporting on vendor activity and KPIs, while partnering closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with established processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication skills and a foundational understanding of vendor risk management, third-party risk, and general compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

· Intake Verification & Triage: Monitor inbound queues and Tier-1 helpdesk channels. Review incoming business requests for accuracy, manually flagging of incomplete fields or missing documentation.

· Questionnaire Dispatch & Follow-up: Programmatically route and send out standard Vendor Compliance Questionnaires (e.g., VCQ, VAQ) and execute follow-up reminders to ensure timely completion. Provide status updates via templated messages to Business Requestors as applicable.

· Taxonomy Matching & Logging: Review completed vendor questionnaires. Identify standard risks based on provided guidelines (e.g., restricted locations, data handling) and log findings using predefined, copy-paste risk taxonomies.

· Remediation Facilitation & Routing: Route identified risks to the internal business owners using templated messaging to trigger standardized risk acceptance protocols. Escalate complex or non-standard findings to the internal TPRM core team.

· Standardized Approvals & Tracking: Follow clearly defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to execute standard vendor approvals or rejections, ensuring internal stakeholders have real-time visibility into queue progression.

Your background:

· Experience in working within highly regulated environments

· Familiarity with general compliance, vendor risk management, IT security, or data privacy concepts.

· Keen eye for detail with the ability to strictly adhere to documented SOPs, intake workflows, and compliance frameworks.

· Proficient in written communication to effectively manage daily triage channels, send vendor follow-ups, and coordinate with internal business requestors in English.

· Comfortable navigating ticketing systems, CRM tools, or standard risk management platforms

· Bachelor's degree in risk management, or a related field.

· Proven experience of 1 year in third-party risk management, vendor management, or related fields

· Proficiency in risk management software and methodologies, best practices, and industry standards.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.

· Strong communication skills in English.
