Job Description

Job Description:

  • Oversee and ensure compliance in delivery schedules, inventory management, and logistics processes.
  • Resolve operational issues such as delivery errors, penalties, and escalations.
  • Monitor and address returns, refunds, and shop penalties by identifying root causes.
  • Manage warehouse claims and ensure proper checking procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to fast shipping and platform standards for customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain RTS scheduling accuracy.
  • Conduct training for stakeholders on processes and compliance.
  • Handle shop onboarding/offboarding, including training and reconciliation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely payment reconciliation.
  • Monitor orders to prevent fraud and cancellations.
  • Resolve operational concerns raised by stakeholders (SCS, Buyers, suppliers).
  • Represent Vendor Operations in meetings, providing performance updates.
  • Serve as the key liaison between BD, Warehouse, and other teams.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background & Certifications Requirement: College Degree
  • Experience in Warehouse operations
  • Experience in stakeholder management
  • Good communication and time management skills
