Supplier Operations Specialist (Contract)

We're partnering with Netflix, a global entertainment and media company that operates at scale across multiple regions. As their operations continue to grow, they're expanding their supplier management team and looking for someone to support global onboarding and data processes.

What you'll be doing:

• Manage supplier onboarding and maintain accurate records across global systems

• Review and validate supplier details, including banking, tax, and contact information

• Handle supplier queries and resolve data-related issues

• Work closely with finance and AP teams to support accurate payments

• Monitor and assess risks, including potential fraud in supplier setup

• Support audits and ensure compliance with internal processes

• Identify gaps and suggest improvements in workflows

What we're looking for:

• Experience in supplier data, AP, or P2P operations

• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume transactions

• Good understanding of supplier onboarding and data validation

• Comfortable working with Excel and ERP systems (Workday is a plus)

• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
