As a Vendor Master Data Specialist, you manage and maintain vendor and item master data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance across systems. You handle data updates, support cross-functional teams, and maintain ERP data integrity to enable smooth business operations.

The Qualifications We Seek
Required Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
Required Experience
- 2 to 3 years experience working with data and datasets
Other Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Oracle NetSuite ERP
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Strong analytical skills in Excel and other advanced analytical software
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Ability to check and audit data to ensure accuracy

Your Daily Tasks
- Manage vendor and item master data, including new vendor setup, non-catalog creations/reactivations, item creation, updates, conversions, discontinuations, and bill of materials revisions
- Maintain accurate vendor attributes, rebate data, contacts, shipping details, COIs, cost and pricing updates, and ERP sales rules in line with data standards
- Perform CSV imports and system updates for ERP data maintenance, new item creation, and marketplace/GTIN management, including assignment, validation, and GS1 account maintenance
- Handle all Data Management inbox inquiries, intake channels, and item edit requests within SLA timelines, ensuring clear communication on request status and approvals
- Deliver Data Management services against KPIs, including timely action on non-catalog requests, GTIN/marketplace requests, and email inquiries, while tracking performance metrics and completing special projects as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
