Vendor Manager Coordinator

Vendor Manager / Coordinator (Remote – Philippines)

We're hiring a Vendor Manager / Coordinator to support a US-based client. This role focuses on vendor onboarding, compliance, and lifecycle management, ensuring all vendors meet company and regulatory requirements.

What You'll Do:

• Manage vendor onboarding and certification through compliance portals (CERTA, AVETTA).
• Conduct audits, risk reviews, and maintain accurate vendor data in Oracle and AccuV.
• Coordinate with sourcing, supply chain, and market personnel to resolve vendor issues.
• Provide support with vendor updates, document control, and mailbox management.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in Vendor Management, Supply Chain, or Procurement.
• Strong skills in MS Office; Oracle or ERP experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
