- Serve as the primary Key Account Coordinator for designated TPL partners, facilitating daily alignments, maintaining strong relationships, and resolving operational issues.
- Coordinate across internal Shopee departments (e.g., Ops, Customer Service, and Seller-facing teams) to streamline processes and resolve cross-functional cases impacting TPL performance.
- Monitor, manage, and drive key account performance against core metrics, specifically targeting On-Time Pickup (OTP %) and Delivery Done targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Communications, or a related field.
- Exceptional relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills to handle key external partners and internal stakeholders.
- Prior experience or internship exposure in key account management, vendor management, or logistics operations is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures to unblock operational issues.
- Assist in reviewing 3PL contracts and support cross-functional alignment on contractual SLAs
