Job Description:

Manage vendor performance to maintain high fulfillment rate on headcount requests.
Collaborate closely with the Operations team to manage headcountplanning, identify potential capacity constraints.
Conduct volume allocation to ensure the correctness and timeliness of allocation
Communicate any mile-specific changes
Escalate any issues to the team lead as needed
Prepare presentations, progress updates, and detailed reports for the team lead to inform decision-making and highlight key outcomes
Performing any duties as assigned to support Strategic Workforce Planning team

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in business, logistics, supply chain management or related fields
New graduate is welcome to apply
Good problem-solving skills with a practical, results-oriented approach.
Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
Proficiency in Google Workspace (e.g. Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides)
Can do attitude, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Thai language required English proficiency is a plus.
