Job Overview

Join a meticulous and process-focused coordination role supporting multiregion permitting workflows. As a Virtual Permitting & Vendor Coordination Specialist, you'll manage purchase orders, maintain permitrelated documentation, assist vendors, and ensure all records and approvals are up to date. You'll also work closely with county offices and internal teams to keep permitting operations smooth and accurate.

Salary

• Php TBD(this excludes perfect attendance bonus of Php1,000.00, night differentials, potential account specific incentives, etc)

Key Responsibilities

• Create and send purchase orders to vendors and serve as the first line of support for POrelated questions.
• Maintain and update digital purchase order systems, cost repositories, and vendor records across multiple regions.
• Audit pricing, support vendor evaluations, research costeffective alternatives, and assist with vendor relationship management.
• Reconcile and approve bills or payment updates related to vendor transactions.
• Learn and navigate multiple online permitting portals to support active permit processes.
• Communicate professionally with county offices via email and phone.
• Manage documentation using tools such as Dropbox, Asana, and QuickBase.

Ideal Candidate

• Required: Strong organizational and taskmanagement skills.
• Required: Ability to learn and navigate online permitting portals.
• Required: Proficient phone and email communication skills, especially when coordinating with county offices.
• Required: Familiarity with documentation tools such as Dropbox, Asana, and QuickBase.
• Preferred: Understanding of construction permitting terminology.
• Preferred: Experience working with permitting processes, vendor management, or administrative support roles.
• Preferred: Additional competencies that add value to permitting workflows or documentation accuracy.
