Vendor Business Development Representative (B2B)

Awesome CX by Transcom is looking for talented individuals like you to join our awesome team! Be a Vendor Business Development Representative (B2B) for our Awesome CX by Transcom Davao site. This role you'll scour the culinary landscape to find the best local chefs, caterers, food trucks, and restaurants to join the program and will then lead them to a booked meeting with our vendor onboarding specialists.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full onboarding cycle from prospecting to discovery calling
  • Research and engage vendors daily using cold call and email techniques
  • Scour your respective markets for high-quality vendors that add value to our vendor base
  • Schedule vendor meetings with the Vendor Onboarding Specialist Team
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships based on trust and accountability
  • Make a cold call dials a day and book 3-4 booked meetings per week

What We Are Looking For

To be successful in this role, you must have...

  • Years of Business Development experience, preferably B2B within the hospitality industry
  • Ability to develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with all types of contact points, from executive chefs to catering managers
  • A sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
  • Exhibit leadership skills, collaborating effectively to generate measurable results
  • Strong communication and mediation/conflict management skills
  • Persuasive & savvy enough to know how to turn a No into a Yes
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and as a team
  • Knowledge of the national and local food & culinary scene
  • Strong technological skills
