As Vendor Accreditation Assistant, you will manage the necessary shared services and support to Supply Chain Management to ensure the company has a pool of essential, best-in-class vendors and maximize supplier value through performance management and alignment with AP policy. You will work closely with the Contract and Vendor Management Head, SCM Business Services Head, SCM specialists, technical teams, and external vendors to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Vendor Database & Accreditation Management: Manage the procurement vendor database management system to ensure accurate, updated data and status. Implement vendor pre-screening criteria, evaluate and sustain accreditation documents across the BU, and align them with system business rules.
• Vendor Appraisal & Performance Tracking: Regular conduct of vendor appraisal and performance reviews, ensuring proper communication with vendors and relevant SCM sectors. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify performance metrics for major contracts at critical milestones, and initiate necessary disciplinary actions for non-performing or erring vendors.
• Relationship Management & Alignment: Conduct vendor assemblies and release advisories to orient partners on procurement policies, guidelines, and Aboitiz values. Work with Category Sourcing, Strategic Sourcing, and Procurement Operations to initiate supplier improvement and relationship management initiatives.
• Risk Management & Vendor Base Rationalization: Review and evaluate due diligence activities, assessing vendor risk profiles against potential awards by the APRI BU. Perform regular rationalization of the vendor base to identify non-performing suppliers, clean up the vendor master, and maintain a lean vendor base.

• Demonstrates intermediate proficiency in Vendor Management, Customer Focus, and Stakeholder Management to handle external partners and internal business units smoothly.
• Exhibits advanced organizational skills and a strong attention to detail to successfully manage high-volume transactional work and document control.
• Possesses intermediate analytical skills and structural understanding of Business Processes and Governance to align accreditation guidelines with company policies.
• Embodies agile, resilient, and collaborative behaviors that champion the 1AP Core Values of Integrity, Teamwork, Innovation, Responsibility, and Service Excellence.

What You Will Need:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in procurement, vendor management, or SCM operations.
• Experience working with ERP systems or vendor management software.

Technical / Functional Skills:

• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel for tracking and data management purposes.
• Strong coordination, communication, and due diligence assessment skills.
• Preferred familiarity with Oracle Fusion, IBM Maximo, document control, and audit requirements.
