Loan Processor

Job Description:

• Assist brokers with end-to-end loan processing, from initial application through to settlement.
• Liaise with clients, lenders, our dealerships and third parties to gather and verify documents.
• Input and maintain data correctly in CRM and reporting programs such as sales logs.
• Follow-up with lenders and clients to ensure smooth and quick loan progression.
• Manage post-settlement tasks and ensure records are kept up to date.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal processes.
• Create invoices and general administration tasks to support your team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in end-to-end loan processing.
• Experience with CRM (customer relationship systems) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with self-motivation to achieve individual task requirements.
• Flexible and proactive attitude.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
