Job Role:

1. Design and develop Excel-based applications using VBA (Visual Basic for Applications)

2. Create intuitive and efficient user forms for data entry and reporting

3. Automate repetitive tasks and processes to improve productivity

4. Maintain and enhance existing Excel tools and macros

5. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions

6. Ensure data integrity, validation, and error handling within Excel applications

7. Document code, processes, and user instructions

8. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in VBA scripts and Excel models

Qualifications:

Required:

1. Proven experience with Excel VBA development

2. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modeling)

3. Experience designing and implementing user forms in Excel

4. Understanding of data validation, error handling, and debugging techniques

5. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

6. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

7. Good communication skills and ability to work with non-technical users

Optional:

1. Experience with Power Query and Power Pivot

2. Familiarity with other Microsoft Office automation (e.g., Access, Outlook)

3. Basic knowledge of SQL or database integration

4. Experience in process improvement or workflow automation
