VAS Compliance and Process Specialist

About The Job

The position shall ensure that all VAS products, sales activities, and operations are fully compliant with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and partner obligations, serving as the key liaison with Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Audit teams. The role drives the development, standardization, and continuous improvement of end-to-end processes, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and strong risk controls across all operations. It also leads the rollout and adoption of process changes, ensuring teams are well-prepared, performance is tracked, and compliance and process effectiveness are consistently monitored and reported

What You'll Do

Compliance & Regulatory Management

• Ensure all VAS products, sales activities, and operational processes comply with local regulatory requirements (e.g., insurance, lending, consumer protection), internal policies and governance standards and partner and contractual obligations
• Act as primary liaison with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Audit teams for all VAS-related reviews and audits
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely updates to processes and documentation
  
  

Process Governance, Optimization and Documentation

• Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures, process maps (end-to-end customer journey, sales flows, claims processes), work instructions and operational manuals
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks across VAS operations and sales processes
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience, improve operational efficiency and reduce cost
• Design and implement new processes to support new product launches, new channels (digital, POS, partnerships) and changing business requirements
• Ensure all processes are clearly defined and standardized, properly communicated and accessible to relevant stakeholders, maintain a centralized repository of all process and compliance documents
  
  

Change Management & Process Rollout

• Lead rollout and cascade of new or revised processes to relevant teams
• Ensure readiness of stakeholders (Sales, Ops, CRM, etc.) through training, documentation communication plans
• Monitor adoption and compliance to new processes across channels
• Track performance by defining KPIs such as process adherence rate, audit findings and closure timelines and process efficiency metrics
• Provide regular reporting to management on compliance status, process improvements and risk exposure
  
  

What You Need To Have

• At least 2 years of experience on process management
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment and elicit support from other departments
• Analytical mind, problem solving, well organized and can be trusted to pay attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to effectively communicate with senior management.
• Fluent English spoken and written (our company language)
