Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in sales or a similar role
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Ability to lift and carry heavy products
• Familiarity with local areas and routes
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude
• Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines
• Basic computer skills for reporting and record-keeping
• Willing to work weekends and holidays when required
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Adaptable to changing market conditions
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the company van to various locations to sell and deliver products
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
• Meet sales targets and objectives
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries
• Manage inventory and ensure products are well-stocked
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate sales records
• Prepare and submit daily sales reports
• Coordinate with the sales team on sales strategies
• Keep the company van clean and well-maintained
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
• Identify new sales opportunities and potential customers
• Deliver products to customers in a timely manner
• Collect customer feedback and report to management
• Assist in promotional activities and marketing campaigns
