Value Based Expert / Analyst
We are looking for a Value Based Expert / Analyst with experience in healthcare finance, payer analytics, managed care analytics, reimbursement analysis, medical economics, or value-based healthcare performance.
ASAP starters or candidates with short notice period are highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Analyze healthcare claims, reimbursement, financial, and value-based performance data
- Review payer trends, payment variances, reimbursement issues, and financial risks
- Support forecasting, scenario analysis, financial modeling, and performance reporting
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and insights for managed care, finance, and leadership teams
- Support value-based contract performance, reconciliation, and payer strategy analysis
- Work with evolving monthly data, reporting, and operational requirements
Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare finance, payer analytics, managed care, reimbursement, medical economics, claims analysis, or healthcare financial analysis
- Strong background in forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling, reporting, or trend analysis
- Familiarity with claims data, reimbursement methodologies, payer contracts, value-based payment models, or revenue cycle analytics
- Experience with Excel and reporting tools
- SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools are highly preferred
- Exposure to Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, HCC risk adjustment, IBNR, shared savings, or risk-based arrangements is a plus
Work Setup
- Location: BGC, Taguig
- Schedule: Night shift
- Training: 3 months onsite
- After training: Hybrid setup, 3x RTO per week
