Valuations Manager

As a Valuations Manager, you will lead PwC Philippines Deals and Advisory Services team in delivering business and asset valuation, financial modelling, transaction advisory, and strategic consulting services to clients across various industries. You will manage multiple engagements simultaneously, oversee complex financial analyses, and apply a wide range of valuation methodologies to support clients in mergers and acquisitions, investments, restructurings, financial reporting, and business planning initiatives.

You will work closely with partners, directors, and client stakeholders to provide high-quality insights and recommendations, while mentoring and developing a diverse team of professionals. The role also involves building and strengthening client relationships, contributing to business development efforts, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects through strong leadership, analytical expertise, and effective communication.

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, Management Engineering, or similar fields
• At least five (5) years of work experience in corporate finance, investment banking, M&A advisory or similar institutions, with a background in financial analysis, financial modelling, strategic planning, business and asset valuations or similar fields
• Able to manage multiple projects concurrently and work closely with multiple stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience in qualitative and quantitative analysis, particularly on using different valuation methodologies
• Effective people management skills with the ability to lead and coordinate with a diverse team, encouraging a collaborative culture towards successful project completion
• Outstanding client and interpersonal relationship skills with experience in business development activities
• Strong listening, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills
• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholders or Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3 exam passers, Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), or Advanced Financial Modeler (AFM) designation, or Masters degree holders is a plus
