Support the execution of valuation engagement across businesses, tangible and intangible assets, and financial instruments (including equity and debt securities, derivatives and options) for mergers and acquisitions, litigation support, financial reporting and restructuring, tax and financial advisory purposes
Build and review financial/valuation models (three-statement financial statements, discounted cash flows, market multiples) and validate key assumptions underlying forecasts
Conduct industry and company research, monitor market trends, and ensure valuation analyses comply with best practices, standards, and methodologies
Prepare and deliver high-quality valuation reports and presentations
Assist in proposal development and contribute to business development initiatives
Collaborate with senior team members to maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service and quality
Requirements:
Strong academic background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Professional qualification in accounting/CFA/FRM or progress toward certification preferred
Advanced quantitative skills with the ability to interpret financial statements and build three statement financial models in Excel
Strong interest in valuations and financial modelling, with familiarity in techniques such as DCF, comparable company/transaction analysis, and option pricing
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and presentation/report-writing skills with keen attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and work effectively under pressure in a collaborative team environment
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently
High proficiency in English (written and verbal); additional language skills are an advantage
Prior experience in valuation or corporate finance is desirable; knowledge in programming languages (e.g., VBA, Python) and data visualisation tools is a plus
