About the Role
Boogie Team is a remote staffing and talent solutions company connecting skilled professionals in the Philippines with growing international businesses, primarily in the U.S.
We are looking for a Client Success Manager to serve as the primary relationship point between our clients and remote professionals. This role is responsible for keeping both sides supported, informed, and aligned while identifying potential issues before they affect retention or performance.
This is not a reactive customer support role. We need someone who is proactive, relationship-driven, organized, and solution-oriented—someone who can confidently manage client concerns, coordinate with internal team leads, and take ownership of relationship health across multiple accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured client check-ins to monitor satisfaction, performance, expectations, and potential concerns.
- Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their businesses, preferences, and definition of success.
- Address client concerns professionally and work toward solutions before issues require leadership escalation.
- Coordinate with Pod Captains to monitor remote team member attendance, performance, engagement, and potential retention risks.
- Support new placements during onboarding by ensuring expectations, communication channels, and responsibilities are clear.
- Maintain accurate client interactions, notes, risks, and follow-ups in GoHighLevel (GHL).
- Maintain retention and relationship-health reporting and provide clear updates during weekly operations reviews.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in client success, account management, customer success, customer support, or relationship management.
- Experience managing multiple client relationships or accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent spoken and written English with the ability to communicate professionally with U.S.-based clients.
- Strong relationship-building, conflict-resolution, and client-management skills.
- Ability to remain calm and solution-focused when handling difficult conversations or performance concerns.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong follow-through.
- Comfortable working with CRM, communication, time-tracking, and project-management platforms.
- Must be available to work with significant overlap during U.S. Pacific business hours.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a staffing, virtual assistant, outsourcing, recruitment, or BPO environment.
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL), Hubstaff, Slack, ClickUp, Zoom, and Google Meet.
- Experience coordinating or supporting distributed or remote teams.
- Previous experience working directly with U.S.-based clients.
- Familiarity with client retention, satisfaction tracking, NPS, or account-health reporting.
