Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional experience in product design, UX design, UX research, or a comparable discipline
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interface design standards, usability practices, and user-testing techniques
• Demonstrated ability to assess user and stakeholder needs, establish priorities, and translate insights into practical design solutions
• Comfortable working through ambiguity and adapting design approaches to different product challenges
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple design initiatives simultaneously
• Practical experience developing, evolving, or maintaining design systems is preferred
• Familiarity with establishing structured design review, research, or feedback processes is an advantage
• Experience contributing to stronger design practices or improving design maturity within an organization is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Translate complex user and business problems into clear product design priorities and actionable solution paths
• Gather evidence from interviews, surveys, usability studies, behavioral data, and other research methods to guide product decisions
• Turn research patterns into practical recommendations that influence feature direction, experience improvements, and product opportunities
• Develop experience concepts and interaction models that move from early ideas to testable, production-ready designs
• Produce design artifacts such as journey maps, interaction flows, wireframes, and polished prototypes to communicate intended experiences
• Evaluate existing experiences, identify friction points, and recommend improvements that strengthen usability, accessibility, and adoption
• Help standardize research and design workflows so teams can make faster, more consistent, evidence-based decisions
• Work across design, engineering, product, and business teams to align requirements, validate solutions, and support successful implementation
