Role Description The Utility role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bulacan. This role supports daily plant operations by assisting with general utilities tasks, including maintaining cleanliness and order in work areas, supporting material handling, and helping ensure equipment and facilities are kept in good working condition. The role involves routine monitoring of workspaces, responding to operational needs, and cooperating with supervisors and colleagues to maintain an efficient, safe workplace.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills related to utilities and general plant support, including familiarity with industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Candidates should possess training-related skills, such as the ability to follow and apply safety and operational guidelines and participate in ongoing skill development.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include attention to detail, reliability, willingness to work, and adherence to safety standards.
• Previous experience in utilities, manufacturing, or warehouse operations is an advantage, and a high school diploma or equivalent education is preferred.
