Utilities Management Consulting Senior Manager

As a tenured Utilities industry leader, you advise clients across the Utilities value chain and help shape large-scale business and technology transformations. You bring deep expertise in Utilities business processes, business blueprinting, and the Utilities OT/IT landscape, while designing next-generation AI-powered solutions. You engage senior client stakeholders, lead complex delivery programs, and translate industry and technology insights into measurable business outcomes. Beyond client delivery, you help grow the Utilities practice in Manila by driving market opportunities, fostering collaboration with Accenture's global Utilities network, and strengthening the Manila Node's Utilities capabilities.

Advise clients across the Utilities value chain — generation, T&D, retail, grid & network operations and metering — on end-to-end transformation.

Lead Utilities process transformation, mapping as-is processes and designing to-be operating models and business blueprints.

Bring deep knowledge of the Utilities OT/IT landscape (SCADA, ADMS/DMS, DERMS, GIS, EAM, MDM/MDMS, CIS & billing) and OT-IT convergence.

Design and shape AI-enabled solutions for Utilities — grid optimization, predictive asset maintenance, outage & network management, load/demand forecasting and customer experience.

Stay ahead of the energy transition — renewables and DER integration, decarbonization, grid modernization and evolving regulatory drivers.

Engage senior client stakeholders (C-suite) and lead large-scale delivery, workstreams and multidisciplinary teams.

Drive growth of the Utilities team in Manila by tapping market opportunities, originating and shaping deals, and driving demand generation.

Build and nurture networks with Accenture's global leads to bring the best of the firm to clients.

Maintain visibility into the Manila Node's Utilities skills and strengths, anchoring and positioning these to grow the team.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (highly recommended) or Mechanical Engineering; MBA preferred.

Minimum 15 years of Utilities industry experience across the value chain — consulting, transformation and/or delivery.

Proven experience designing and delivering AI-enabled solutions in Utilities.

Deep expertise in Utilities business processes (as-is to to-be), business blueprinting and the Utilities OT/IT landscape.

Experience leading senior-level (C-suite) conversations and managing senior stakeholders.

Strong track record of large-scale delivery with minimal oversight; proven ability to lead workstreams and meet deadlines.

Driven and entrepreneurial: ability to originate and shape new deals, drive demand generation and lead go-to-market activities.

Strong program management and verbal & written communication skills.

Excellent leadership and people skills: proven ability to build effective teams, foster collaboration and inclusion, and build strong client relationships.
