USRN Team Leader

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven USRN Team Leader to manage and guide a team within our Hartford account. This role is responsible for driving team performance, ensuring quality output, and maintaining compliance with Utilization Management standards while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of USRN professionals in Utilization Management

• Monitor team performance, productivity, and quality metrics

• Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations

• Ensure adherence to clinical guidelines, client standards, and regulatory requirements

• Collaborate with QA, Training, and Operations teams to drive continuous improvement

• Handle escalations and support team members in complex cases

• Prepare and present performance reports to stakeholders

Qualifications

• Active US Registered Nurse (USRN) license (any US state)

• At least 2–3 years of BPO/CPO Utilization Management experience

• People management experience is highly preferred

• Strong leadership, coaching, and decision-making skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Additional Requirements

• Must be flexible to work on a shifting schedule, including:

  • Weekends

  • Night shifts

  • Holidays (as required by business needs)
