About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven USRN Team Leader to manage and guide a team within our Hartford account. This role is responsible for driving team performance, ensuring quality output, and maintaining compliance with Utilization Management standards while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and manage a team of USRN professionals in Utilization Management
Monitor team performance, productivity, and quality metrics
Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations
Ensure adherence to clinical guidelines, client standards, and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with QA, Training, and Operations teams to drive continuous improvement
Handle escalations and support team members in complex cases
Prepare and present performance reports to stakeholders
Qualifications
Active US Registered Nurse (USRN) license (any US state)
At least 2–3 years of BPO/CPO Utilization Management experience
People management experience is highly preferred
Strong leadership, coaching, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Additional Requirements
Must be flexible to work on a shifting schedule, including:
Weekends
Night shifts
Holidays (as required by business needs)
