Job Description

Our brand, Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is proud to partner with a global provider of revenue cycle management (RCM) and specialized clinical services for organizations in their search for a USRN Specialist based in Ortigas.

Salary Range: 50,000 - 65,000

Start Date: March 30, 2026

Work Setup: Onsite

Shift Schedule: Night Shift

Location: Ortigas

The role

The USRN Specialist provides remote clinical support to patients by managing non-urgent medical inquiries, prescription requests, follow-ups, and test result communications. This role involves reviewing electronic health records, triaging patient messages, coordinating with providers, and delivering appropriate patient education while ensuring accurate and timely documentation.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with prescription requests, visit follow-ups, non-urgent medical concerns, and test result inquiries.
  • Continuously review and triage in-basket messages to ensure timely response.
  • Contact patients via phone for urgent matters in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Conduct thorough chart reviews and respond to patients through Epic MyChart.
  • Route clinically complex messages (e.g., medication changes, new symptoms, referrals) to the appropriate provider or department.
  • Process medication refill requests and escalate to providers as needed.
  • Accurately document all encounters and communications in the Epic EHR system.
  • Coordinate with local site teams via phone or email when necessary.
  • Provide patient education, particularly for chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, COPD, and heart failure.

What We're Looking For

  • Active US Registered Nurse (USRN) license New York licensed.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) with active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) license.
  • Minimum of two (2) years clinical or hospital experience.
  • Strong critical thinking and independent decision-making skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including telephone and electronic correspondence.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, preferably Epic.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Amenable to working night shift.
