Review and verify medical reports for completeness, accuracy, and consistency
Maintain and update documentation in designated systems and databases
Respond to enquiries and manage communications with internal and external stakeholders
Monitor compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and standards
Assist management in identifying and resolving documentation or compliance issues
Ensure timely submission of reports and records in line with organizational deadlines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality assurance concerns
Flag discrepancies or inconsistencies in documentation and escalate as needed
Participate in audits and support audit preparation efforts
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in documentation and quality processes
Participate in identification, conceptualization, implementation and execution of Quality Improvement Plans/Programs (QIP), Inter-Rater Reliability Testing to aid in the general improvement of performance of the staff
