The responsibilities of a QA Specialist are outlined but not limited to the following:

• Monitor, audit, and review work processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality standards are met. Validate audit results for consistency and adherence to guidelines.
• Analyze audit findings, document results, and generate QA reports to provide actionable insights. Share performance data with QA leadership and relevant stakeholders.
• Participate in the design, review, and updates of QA tools, guidelines, and SOPs to maintain accuracy and relevance.

Required Qualifications:

• Must have an active US Nursing License
• Must have at least one (1) year of hospital bedside care experience
• Must have at least one (1) year of recent Utilization Review/Management experience
• Must have at least one (1) year of recent QA experience
