What you'll be doing

  1. Conducting comprehensive quality assurance audits on service calls and other healthcare-related tasks
  2. Providing detailed feedback and coaching to team members to drive continuous improvement
  3. Analyzing performance data and identifying areas for process optimization
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement quality initiatives
  5. Staying up to date with industry regulations and best practices
  6. Contributing to the development of quality assurance tools and training materials

What we're looking for

  1. A registered nurse (USRN) with a minimum of 3 years experience in a quality assurance or similar role
  2. Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  3. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
  4. Exceptional communication and coaching abilities
  5. Adaptability and a keen interest in process improvement
  6. Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements

USRN QUALITY ASSURANCE JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Review and verify medical reports for completeness, accuracy, and consistency
  • Maintain and update documentation in designated systems and databases
  • Respond to enquiries and manage communications with internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and standards
  • Assist management in identifying and resolving documentation or compliance issues
  • Ensure timely submission of reports and records in line with organizational deadlines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality assurance concerns
  • Flag discrepancies or inconsistencies in documentation and escalate as needed
  • Participate in audits and support audit preparation efforts
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in documentation and quality processes
  • Participate in identification, conceptualization, implementation and execution of Quality Improvement Plans/Programs (QIP), Inter-Rater Reliability Testing to aid in the general improvement of performance of the staff
  • Similar work as Tele consults and Clinical Services

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • PH Registered Nurse
  • Registered Nurse with current, unrestricted US Registered Nurse license
  • At least one (1) year of experience in medical account for clerical or administrative support; someone experienced in handling or reviewing medical data or documentation
  • Should have knowledge in doing QA in Clinical Setting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Strong English communication skills both verbal and written; must be comfortable in taking phone calls and high-volume emails.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy; proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Ability to stay focused and adaptable under pressure and shifting priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledgeable in US Healthcare Law and Care Coordination
  • w/ BPO Experience and QA Experience
  • Amenable for Work Onsite Setup
  • Graveyard Shift
