Role Description This is a full-time, on-site USRN Operational Trainer role based in Manila. The USRN Operational Trainer will design, develop, and deliver training programs for U.S.-based clinical and operational processes, ensuring new hires and existing team members are equipped with current workflows, policies, and quality standards. The role includes facilitating classroom and floor-based training, conducting side-by-side coaching, and providing real-time feedback to drive performance and compliance. The trainer will assess training needs, maintain up-to-date training materials, and collaborate with operations leaders, quality teams, and subject-matter experts to align training with business goals and regulatory requirements. Daily responsibilities also involve tracking trainee progress, reporting training outcomes, and recommending process or curriculum improvements based on data and participant feedback. The trainer is expected to model professional clinical communication and support a culture of continuous learning and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

  • Active and unrestricted US Registered Nurse (USRN) license; strong clinical background, preferably with experience in utilization management, case management, disease management, or related U.S. healthcare operations.
  • Proven experience in training, facilitation, or education, including delivering instructor-led sessions, coaching on the floor, and supporting adult learners in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex clinical and operational concepts clearly and professionally.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills, including the ability to interpret performance metrics, identify training gaps, and maintain accurate training records and materials.
  • Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office, presentation software, learning platforms) and comfort working with multiple clinical and operational systems.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively with operations, quality, and leadership teams.
  • Ability to work on-site in Manila, adapt to changing priorities, and manage multiple training classes or initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience in BPO, shared services, or a global delivery environment supporting U.S. healthcare clients is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
