We are hiring experienced
US Registered Nurses (NY Licensed) to support healthcare operations, including clinical review, utilization management, and patient care coordination for US-based clients
Key Responsibilities
- Perform clinical reviews based on medical records and payer guidelines
- Support utilization management, prior authorization, or case management processes
- Ensure compliance with US healthcare standards and regulations
- Analyze patient data and provide accurate documentation
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and internal stakeholders
- Maintain productivity and quality metrics
Qualifications
- Active USRN License (New York State required)
- 2 years Acute hospital experience (ER,OR,ICU,Surgical Ward)
- Strong knowledge of US healthcare system and clinical processes
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Willing to work night shift / US hours
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in:
- Utilization Review (UR)
- Case Management
- Prior Authorization
- BPO/Healthcare outsourcing experience is an advantage
