We are looking for a full-time US Registered Nurse (USRN) in Philippines with strong writing, research, and communication skills to join our growing healthcare support company.
This is a remote role for someone who understands US healthcare workflows and can translate real-world clinical, administrative, and operational processes into clear, thoughtful, and high-quality content.
Excel Scribe supports healthcare practices across multiple areas including:
• Appointment scheduling and patient coordination
• Insurance verification and eligibility checks
• Prior authorizations
• Credentialing and provider enrolment
• Revenue cycle management (RCM) support
• Patient list management, trackers, and workflow documentation
• Fractional marketing support for medical practices
• Website content and basic website support
• Social media account management for healthcare practices
• Practice growth and operational support
• Medical scribing
• Medical transcription
Role Responsibilities:
- Create engaging LinkedIn content for founder and company pages
- Write website blogs, articles, case studies, newsletters, and educational content
- Develop content around healthcare workflows, practice operations, RCM, credentialing, scheduling, patient coordination, and digital presence
- Support content and social media requirements for medical practices from time to time, if required
- Research healthcare industry trends and turn them into practical, relevant content
- Help strengthen the company's digital presence and authority in the healthcare support space
- Work with healthcare practices from time to time that require a similar digital and content presence
Requirements:
- US Registered Nurse (active or previous)
- Strong English writing and communication skills
- Good understanding of US healthcare systems and practice workflows
- Ability to simplify complex healthcare and operational topics into clear content
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup
- Ability to write naturally, thoughtfully, and independently without primarily relying on AI-generated content except for research, brainstorming, or support purposes
Nice to Have:
- Experience with LinkedIn content creation or personal branding
- Exposure to SEO, website content, social media, or digital marketing
- Experience with EHR/EMR workflows, scheduling, insurance verification, RCM, credentialing, scribing, or transcription
