Salary: Up to Php 85k
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement patient-centered care plans based on established clinical guidelines and evidence-based practices
- Review, interpret, and accurately document physician orders, diagnostic results, and patient health information
- Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity and quality of care
- Provide clinical guidance and support in alignment with U.S. nursing standards and regulatory requirements
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation in electronic health records (EHR)
- Support care transitions, discharge planning, and patient education to promote positive health outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Active and unrestricted U.S. Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of U.S. clinical standards, care coordination practices, and patient safety guidelines
- Ability to interpret medical records, physician orders, and diagnostic test results
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems preferred
