Role Description This is a full-time, on-site US Registered Nurse role based in Quezon City, requiring an active Arizona and California RN license. The USRN will assess patient information and medical records, provide telephone or virtual triage, and support evidence-based clinical decision-making for US-based members and patients. Responsibilities include reviewing and interpreting diagnostic and clinical data, documenting interactions accurately in relevant systems, and coordinating with healthcare providers, payors, and internal teams to ensure appropriate care and service quality. The nurse will also educate patients on treatment plans, preventive care, and available resources, while adhering to US clinical guidelines, regulatory standards, and Fusion CX protocols. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance workflows, improve customer experience, and meet performance metrics is a key part of the role.
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted USRN license, specifically for Arizona and California, with strong knowledge of US healthcare standards and regulations.
- Clinical expertise in patient assessment, triage, care coordination, and interpretation of medical records and diagnostic results.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR), clinical documentation systems, and digital communication tools.
- Strong communication, active listening, and patient education skills, with the ability to explain clinical information clearly and empathetically.
- Experience in utilization management, case management, telehealth nursing, or managed care environments is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment, with strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work on-site in Quezon City and align with US time zones or shift schedules as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent, and at least 1–2 years of recent clinical experience; experience with US-based patients or insurance organizations is an advantage.
