Role Summary:

We are looking for a User Research Intern to join our team and help drive insights that shape our products. You will work in Singapore, closely with researchers, designers, and product managers to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points, contributing to data-driven decisions.

What will your role be:

• Assist in planning and conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights.
• Support in preparing research reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure user-centered design decisions.
• Help manage research operations, including participant recruitment and logistics.

What an ideal candidate means to us:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, sociology, Anthropology, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related field. Fresh grads and final year students are welcome to apply.
• Has good communication skills, delicate empathy, and cultural sensitivity. Adapts to cross-cultural team collaboration and cross-cultural user communication.
• Basic knowledge of user research methods and tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Passion for understanding user needs and improving product experiences.
• Possess basic Data Analysis skills, proficient in using one or more tools such as Excel, Python, SPSS, SQL, etc.
