User Research Expert

Responsibilities:

1. Lead in-depth interviews with users in the European and American markets to explore the core demands and pain points of consumers regarding furniture products (such as functions, designs, materials, prices, etc.).

2. Design and carry out qualitative research (such as one-on-one interviews, focus groups) and quantitative surveys (questionnaire design, data analysis), and distill user behavior patterns and market trends.

3. Collaborate with the product, design and marketing teams to transform user insights into practical product optimization suggestions and market strategies.

4. Track the trends of the furniture industry in Europe and America, analyze the product strategies of competitors, and produce regular market research reports.

5. Establish and maintain a sample library of European and American users to ensure the diversity and representativeness of the research subjects (such as different family structures, consumption levels, and regional differences).

Job Requirements:

1. 3-5 years of experience in user research, market research or product management, familiar with the market culture and consumer behavior of Europe and America. Experience in the furniture/home furnishing industry is preferred.

2. Proficient in qualitative research methods (in-depth interviews, field investigations, user journey maps) and tools (such as Nvivo, Dovetail).

3. Possess basic quantitative analysis skills (questionnaire design, data processingin SPSS/Excel).

4. Excellent cross-cultural communication skills, capable of accurately capturing the potential needs of non-native speakers.

5. Fluent in both Chinese and English (independent completion of English interviews and report writing is required).
