Job Summary
The Operations Specialist will be responsible for planning user-friendly activities, supporting data-driven decision-making, monitoring the platform environment, tracking competitor activities, and preparing compliance documents. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. **Activity Planning**
- Draft and propose activity plans based on user preferences.
- Design simple, easy-to-participate activities that drive user engagement.
2. **Data Collaboration & Analysis**
- Work with senior operations staff to perform data analysis.
- Extract key insights and provide actionable information to support decision-making.
3. **Platform Monitoring**
- Monitor the online platform environment to ensure smooth user access.
- Safeguard key user journeys and core processes from disruption or obstacles.
4. **Competitor Monitoring**
- Track competitor platforms and report updates to the team.
- Ensure all team members remain informed about the latest industry trends and dynamics.
5. **Compliance Support**
- Prepare compliance documentation for games and activities.
- Ensure timely approvals and smooth progress of related projects.
Requirements
**Education**
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
**Experience**
- 1-3 years of experience in operations, online platform management, or activity planning.
- Experience in gaming, entertainment, or consumer-facing platforms is a plus.
**Skills**
- Strong understanding of user preferences and ability to design engaging activities.
- Basic data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to track competitor trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Familiarity with compliance documentation and approval processes is preferred.
