Job Description:
We are seeking a forward-thinking individual to join the Regional Brand and Growth Team dedicated to assisting functional team leaders in defining omnichannel user growth and activation strategies. As a Growth Expert, you will be mainly focused on improving the incoming traffic's conversion rate, and continuous active users via improvements of in-app experience. You will work with multiple areas and levels of stakeholders, providing deep insights and discovering opportunities through data-driven analysis, planning strategies, and steering the project end-to-end.
- Partner with marketing teams (Online Media, Affiliate, CRM) and local markets to define user growth targets and performance metrics, and track progress against business goals
- Conduct deep-dive performance analysis on key user growth metrics (e.g., MAU, new users, reactivated users) to identify drivers, gaps, and optimization opportunities
- Translate user growth questions into structured analytical frameworks and leverage data to generate actionable insights for growth strategy
- Work closely with BI, data engineering, and product teams to ensure data availability, accuracy, and proper metric definitions for growth tracking
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards and analytical tools to enable data-driven decision making for marketing teams
- Synthesize complex analyses into clear recommendations and business narratives for cross-functional teams and senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Analytics, or related fields
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into business insights
- Ability to structure ambiguous business problems and deliver insights under tight timelines
- Proficiency in Excel experience with large datasets is a plus
- Good communication skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with strong ownership and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in performance analysis, strategy, consulting, or analytics roles is preferred
- Experience in e-commerce, internet, or digital marketing environments is a plus
