User Growth Intern, Singapore Marketing

About The Team

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Marketing intern to join our Singapore Marketing User Growth team. In this User Growth role, you will play a pivotal role in designing and executing campaigns to optimise traffic, Share of Voice (SOV), buyer conversion, and longer-term retention, while ensuring smooth project operations to drive user engagement.

Job Description

• CRM: Support campaign management to reduce customer churn rate - scope includes execution, data management and analysis
• New User: Maintenance of in-app touchpoints to encourage new buyer acquisition
• Online Marketing: Assist ad campaign execution to boost Shopee's SOV and drive orders - scope involves copywriting, visual creation, and performance tracking and optimisation
• Weekly Competitor Tracking: Assist in competitor analysis and reporting to inform strategic decisions
  
  

Requirements

• Currently pursuing Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field
• Strong stakeholder and project management skills; able to manage multiple projects
• Comfortable with data, quantitative analysis and performance metrics; Excel proficiency is a plus
• Self-motivated, fast learner with a proactive approach and end-to-end ownership of projects
• Thrives in a dynamic environment
• Commitment of 3-6 months – Full-time interns preferred
