Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Makati for a User Experience (UX) Designer. The UX Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-centric designs, conduct user research, and develop prototypes. Responsibilities include applying design thinking methodologies to solve user challenges, building intuitive interfaces, and ensuring seamless user experiences. The designer will also work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective design solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Design Thinking methodologies and the ability to apply them to solve user challenges.
• Strong skills in User Research to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations.
• Expertise in Visual Design with an eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Experience in creating user-centered designs and delivering seamless User Experience (UX).
• Proficiency in Prototyping tools to build and test interactive prototypes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with industry-standard design tools and software is a plus.
