Job Description

Analyze the needs of the target users and how they perform tasks to create an optimized user experience.

We are seeking a creative and experienced Instructional Designer to develop engaging and effective learning experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design and development of various training materials, from project planning and storyboard creation to developing e-learning modules and maintaining documentation. Your expertise will be vital in transforming complex information into accessible and impactful learning solutions for our audience. Key Responsibilities: . Project Plan Oversight: Checks the project plan for tasks assigned regarding a particular project . Training Creation: Design and develop comprehensive training programs, courses, and modules tailored to various learning needs and audiences. . Storyboard/Content Guide Creation: Develop detailed storyboards for e-learning courses, videos, and other digital learning assets, outlining content flow, visuals, interactions, and assessments. . Worksheet Creation: Design and create interactive worksheets, exercises, and job aids to reinforce learning objectives and facilitate practical application. . One-Pager Creation: Develop concise and impactful one-pagers or quick reference guides to summarize key information or provide quick insights. . eLearning Creation: Utilize authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Rise 360) to develop interactive and engaging e-learning modules. . Training Materials Maintenance: Regularly review, update, and maintain existing training materials, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and adherence to design standards. . Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Check/Update: Review, update, and ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to instructional design processes and content development. . Ad Hoc Tasks: Perform various ad-hoc instructional design, content development, or project-related tasks as needed to support team and organizational goals. Qualifications: . Design Methodologies: Strong understanding of instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles. . Content Development: Proven ability to create diverse learning materials, including e-learning, blended learning, instructor-led training, and job aids. . Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise 360), presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint), and ideally multimedia tools (e.g., video editing software). . Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely. . Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. . Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with a knack for identifying learning gaps and designing effective solutions. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
