RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Strategy: Define and own the UA vision for EMEA, aligning with global objectives and client goals.
- Build & Scale Teams: Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing media buying team. Foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Drive Performance: Oversee UA budgets, set KPIs, and ensure campaigns deliver ROI-positive results.
- Innovate & Optimize: Identify new channels, targeting opportunities, and creative strategies to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Executive Collaboration: Partner with leadership on full-service deals and strategic growth initiatives.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytics to inform strategy, validate assumptions, and continuously improve performance.
REQUIREMENTS
- Atleast 8+ years experience leading UA strategy and teams at scale in mobile performance marketing.
- Expertise in Meta/Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other UA channels.
- Strong understanding of down-funnel metrics (CTR, CVR, CPI, ARPU, Retention, LTV).
- Strategic mindset with hands-on ability to dive into campaign details when needed.
- Agency or multi-market experience is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
